Custom Orders Custom orders include special sizes or shapes, colors or styles not stocked, custom embroidery, and monogramming. Some items will ship in a day or two and other orders may take four weeks. We will let you know exactly how long an item you ordered will take to deliver. Custom items are not returnable and require a 50% deposit.
Free Gift Wrapping We offer free gift wrapping and offer the following types of gift wrap paper: floral (general), wedding or engagement, baby, and, Christmas. We will enclose a gift card for you. Just let us know what you want to say and we will hand write it and sign it for you. If there is more than one gift in an order, we will attach identifying labels on each package. Unfortunately, gift wrapping is not available for some larger and odd-sized items.

Out of Stock Items We will inform you of any items that are currently out of stock and will let you know when you can expect the item(s). We can also partial ship the items we do have in stock immediately.
Price Matching Guarantee If you find an item that you purchased from us on sale for a lower price with 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.
