Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping

As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we provide FREE UPS Ground delivery on all Internet orders shipping to an address within the continental United States.

All orders are usually sent the next business day and you should receive your order in three to seven business days from the date your order was placed.

Need it fast? Most things can be sent overnight or two day air via UPS, One Day Air, or Federal Express. You are billed for the exact shipping charges, we do not add surcharges onto the shipping costs.

International Orders

We can ship to almost any address in the world, but cannot send merchandise to countries that do not allow us to insure your package. Customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes upon receipt of the merchandise.

Returns

We want happy customers. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return any unopened item in the original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be new and unused. Custom items or monogrammed items may not be returned.

We guarantee all of our products. If you are having a problem with one of our products, please contact us via e-mail (service@scheuerlinens.com) or call us toll free at 1-800-762-3950. If we have made an error or if there is a manufacturing defect or flaw, we can arrange to have UPS pick up the item at your home or place of business for a full refund or exchange.

Please enclose proof of purchase by enclosing a copy of the original invoice or by providing the invoice number with your return. Send all returns to Customer Service, Scheuer Linens, 340 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108. Also, please insure the return for the full retail value of the item being returned.
