Tavia by Sferra

Hung on a wall, Tavia might be hailed as a masterwork of lyrical abstraction: its design is spontaneous and striking, marked with deep, fluid color and quiet energy. Covering a bed, it’s no less impressive: a stroke of individuality, not only ultra modern, but ultra luxe. Tania is a percale woven in Italy from 100% Egyptian Cotton, giving it that cool, crisp hand.

Tania is finished with a plain hem and classic-style flanges. Duvet Cover: 4" flanges, Shams: 3" flanges, Boudoirs: 2" flanges.

Machine wash warm on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric & cause yellowing). Do not use fabric softener. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry on low heat. Remove while still damp. Steam iron on “cotton” setting.

In 1891, Gennaro Sferra set the highest standard for luxury linens when he opened his SFERRA Fine Linens operation in Venice, Italy. His intricate Venetian lace cuffs and collars were prized and coveted, and as the turn of the century approached, Gennaro expanded his market to the United States. Traveling regularly in the U.S., he found his ideal clientele in the grand seaside resorts that dotted the East Coast from Maine to Palm Beach.
