Thursday night’s party at San Francisco designer Ken Fulk’s Seventh Street studio brought together some of the best of our own Bay Area interior designers and a leader in the production of the world’s most luxurious linens, Paul Hooker, CEO of Sferra.
Celebrating Quality, Creativity And Beauty
Sferra Fine Italian Linens partnered with Ronda Carman of All The Best Blog (middle in photo to left) and Ken Fulk to promote Sferra’s exquisite line of renowned bed linens. I’d spent time earlier in the day discussing industry topics with Paul in our Scheuer Linen store. This party was a wonderful way to cap off his visit.
Fine Linens And Fine Interior Design—A Great Match
Many from San Francisco’s hugely talented interior design community joined in the festivities. Ken is justly famous for his theatrical and dramatic interiors. His studio is certainly one of the most creative spaces I’ve ever seen.
Every wall, nook and cranny held something whimsical and interesting. On the second floor of his multi-level space, we were greeted by Nick and Nora Charles (of “The Thin Man” series), with terrier Asta in tow, lounging on luxurious bedding, including Sferra’s Grande Hotel bed sheet.
The bed in Ken’s top-level living quarters showcased his creative flair and his affinity for fine linens—in this case, Sferra’s Giotto pattern.
Of course, the full line of Sferra bed linens is available at Scheuer Linens. Visit us on Sutter Street in San Francisco or online to have a look.
