Free UPS Ground Delivery
All internet orders delivered to an address within the continental United States are sent free via UPS Ground. All orders are usually sent the next business day and you should receive your order in three to five business days from the date your order was placed. We use UPS Ground for all of our package deliveries, but can also send things overnight or two day air via UPS One Day Air, UPS Two Day Air, or Federal Express. Shipping orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, or countries outside the United States will be billed at actual cost. Expedited delivery for one or two day delivery is available and will be billed at actual cost.
International Orders
We can ship to almost any address in the world, but cannot send merchandise to countries that do not allow us to insure your package. Customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes upon receipt of the merchandise.
Returns
We want happy customers. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return any unopened item in the original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom items or monogrammed items may not be returned.
We guarantee all of our products. If you are having a problem with one of our products, please contact us via e-mail (info@scheuerlinens.com) or call us toll free at 1-800-762-3950. If we have made an error or if there is a manufacturing defect or flaw, we will arrange to have UPS pick up the item at your home or place of business for a full refund or exchange.
Please enclose proof of purchase by enclosing a copy of the original invoice or by providing the invoice number with your return. Send all returns to Customer Service, Scheuer Linens, 340 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108. Also, please insure the return for the full retail value of the item being returned.
Sales Tax
We are required to add the appropriate California county sales tax to all packages sent to a California address. Packages sent outside the state of California or outside the United States are not charged any sales tax.
